在第一年及第二年,我們將研發用來解決人工智慧問題的隨機最佳化演算法及以機器學習為基礎的創新演算法來解決5G行動通訊網路中的最佳資源分配問題。第三年,我們將從數學理論的角度來探討為什麼一些知名的人工智慧演算法在實驗中可以有好的表現。第四年,我們將實作出以本計畫前三年研發成果為基礎的AI自由軟體程式庫。

We will develop AI and optimization methods for solving large-scale resource allocation problems in 5G/B5G mobile communications networks based on NFV and SDN. In addition, we will work on AI interpretability and explainable AI. We will develop mathematical theory to better understand why some machine learning algorithms work well in practice. Last but not least important, we plan to implement related open-source software tools based on our research achievements.
