鏈結國際夥伴是加速臺灣 AI 創新驅動力重要環節，108年5月27日臺大、交大 AI 研究中心與新加坡 Certis Group 簽署合作備忘錄（MOU），未來將進行跨國際、跨領域、跨應用的合作。科技部政務次長許有進表示，藉由國內 AI 研究中心與 Certis Group 合作，引入國際廠商資源、強化海外練兵機會、增進跨國合作實例，期望能建立臺星雙邊在人才培育、技術研發、產業應用等三大構面的合作推動機制。
本中心執行長杜維洲博士表示，臺大 AI 中心聚焦在人工智慧技術與全幅健康照顧，擁有全台40％ 的 AI 研發能量，藉由與 Certis Group 合作機會吸取人工智慧應用在大型場域的經驗，未來回給台灣的企業，幫助企業擴大應用的範圍。交大 AI 中心執行長郭志義博士則指出，交大 AI 中心被賦予「智慧服務」的目標，更著重在 AI 的應用端上，領域橫跨範圍廣，從農業到區塊鏈，與 Certis 合作將達成雙贏的模式。
