Project topics include medical imaging, mental healthcare, precision medicine, decision support and policy society and law. The disciplines of the program’s investigators are mainly in the medical, information science, mathematics, biology, optoelectronics and law fields.

There are currently 21 projects, with project teams coming from National Taiwan University, National Tsing Hua University, National Chiao Tung University, National Cheng Kung University, Yuan Ze University, National Taiwan Normal University and Academia Sinica. Project topics include machine learning and deep learning, natural language processing, perception and emotion, data mining and big data analytics and policy society and law. The main disciplines of the program’s investigators are computer science and information engineering, electrical engineering, telecommunications, electronics and communication.
